SERF manufactures and/or distributes medical devices.
As such, it is subject to compliance with Law of 29 December 2011 reinforcing the safety of medicines and health products, known as the French Sunshine Act (“Loi Bertrand”). This law prohibits any advertising of reimbursable Class II b and III medical devices to the general public.
Although this website includes no advertising material and only technical data sheets, SERF has decided to restrict access to healthcare professionals only.

The personal data collected on this site results from the voluntary provision of information through the forms on this website. This data is collected for internal use at SERF only: the transmission of requested information, or for sending newsletters. No personal information is collected without the knowledge of site users.
